today is my tumblr birthday
and a year later, tumblr has been everything i hoped for. it has satisfied my deepest urges to collect, and categorize, and learn, and remember. it has helped me simultaneously indulge and refine my feelings about art and beauty. because i’ve never enjoyed writing about myself and i don’t think i’m very good at it, this has been exactly the outlet i needed.
